Betty
Betty combines her rich talent development and training experience as a former human resource director and human resource consultant in multinational corporations to promote coaching leadership development, and motivate knowledge workers to achieve self-management.
Betty was the head of human resources in China for the largest engineering consultancy company in Europe. During her 8 years at the company, the company continually achieved 50% annual scale growth and branch establishment in China. Under her leadership, a strong local team culture and leadership was developed combining the best of both Eastern and Western values.
As a certified coach (ACC) of the ICF International Coach Association, Betty focuses on leadership development research and exploration. She also provides one-on-one coaching, team coaching, and leadership development workshops for young leaders.

Amy Ai
Amy has extensive experience working in Learning and Development industry for more than 15 years. She focuses in the design and delivery of end-to-end talent management solutions and lead projects involving strategy and corporate culture for individuals and businesses in China.
She is a certified trainer for Willy (USA)’s DiSC® related programs and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program. She is also one of the Master trainers for IPMA International Train-the-Trainer program. Last but not least, she has started her coaching journey with International Coach Academy (ICA) and is on her way to be a professional coach.

Jacky Wu
Jacky has worked with state owned and some multi-international companies for 30 years. His strengthen area is to design, set up and operate Corporate University. He has succeeded to design, set up and operate two Corporate Universities.
Jacky’s passion is on training. He is so good at how to build up a corporate university which can continuously support business development. He wins a very good reputations on his role of corporate university President and Facilitator.
In this 15 years he not only designed sales training system but also set up the University for Kohler APAC which benefits over 12,000 corporate and manufacture employees, as well as 3,000 distributor’s sales. He led to build up a Corporate University in LVMH Group and restructure the training team based on their business strategy.

Moses Tan
Moses’ 26 years of varied working experience includes 15 years in various training and organizational development roles, extending to stints in sales and marketing. His unique career began in the government service before moving out to the private sector. Such width of experience places him in an excellent position to facilitate courses on leadership, change management, and the creation of fully customized training modules. He is comfortable to train in both English and Chinese.
Moses began his career in the government service and spent four years as a Foreign Service Officer in the Singapore Embassy based in the Philippines. He then made the switch to the private sector, specifically training upon his return to Singapore. This brought him to a few training and developing roles in Abacus International, Spencer Stuart, HP and BP. The training roles Moses have been involved in includes planning, execution and team lead.
